Listen Up!
To mark the first Norwich Podcast Festival, All Day Brewing cooked up a special beer called ‘Listen Up’ - a delicious Czech-style lager.
Brewed at Salle Moor Farm in Reepham, Listen Up is a Czech-style lager with a malt base of pilsner, torrefied wheat and rice and hopped with a fresh crop of Czech saaz hops. Fermented low and slow, giving a super crisp lager with big grassy aromas.
The Podcast
All Day at The Alex is a one-off documentary podcast recorded as part of Norwich Podcast Festival 2025.
It begins behind the scenes at All Day Brewing Company, a small independent brewery set on Salle Moor Farm near Reepham. Meet Rich, Jake, James, Lewis, and Craig — the team dedicated and passionate about making exceptional beer. They share what it takes to run a small-scale brewery and why they’ve ended up doing what they do.
From the farm to the pub, we follow their festival beer — Listen Up! - brewed especially for the Norwich Podcast Festival — to its launch night at The Alexandra Tavern in Norwich. There we meet Neet, who’s run The Alex for forty years, and the regulars who’ve made it their second home.
