Listen Up!

To mark the first Norwich Podcast Festival, All Day Brewing have cooked up a special beer called ‘Listen Up’ - a brand new Czech-style lager.

Brewed at Salle Moor Farm in Reepham by All Day Brewing, Listen Up is a Czech-style lager with a malt base of pilsner, torrefied wheat and rice and hopped with a fresh crop of Czech saaz hops. Fermented low and slow, giving you a super crisp lager with big grassy aromas. 

The Podcast

Listen Up! the accompanying podcast takes listeners behind the scenes with All Day Brewing as they create a one-off festival beer.

Recorded partly at Salle Moor Farm, where the brewery is based, and partly at Norwich’s The Alexandra Tavern, the podcast dives into the story of how the beer was made.

Along the way, the All Day brewers share insights into their craft, while special guests explore the history and culture of pubs.
